Just Eldredge Media (“JEM”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through justeldredgemedia.com and our client and team dashboard, The GEM Mine, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company and project details when you contact us, book a call, request a project, sign up for our newsletter, or create a GEM Mine account.
• Project information: files, messages, proposals, agreements, invoices and signatures shared in GEM Mine.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers. We keep a record of what was paid and when.
• Basic technical data: the information your browser sends (like device type and pages viewed) and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To respond to you, deliver our services and manage projects, contracts and billing.
• To send project updates, receipts and reminders, and our newsletter if you sign up (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To keep our services secure and improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Our business bank data

We use Stripe Financial Connections to link Just Eldredge Media’s own business bank and card accounts to our private admin dashboard. We use the transaction and balance data only to categorize our business spending and prepare our own financial reports. It is visible only to our administrators, stored in the United States, and is not sold or shared with third parties. We do not connect client or other third-party bank accounts.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our services, and they may process information on our behalf: Stripe (payments and bank connections), Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (file storage), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email) and Anthropic (AI assistance for drafting documents and reading receipts). They may use your information only to provide their services to us. Our data is stored in the United States.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers above, with people you work with on a project inside GEM Mine, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
