These Terms & Conditions apply to justeldredgemedia.com, The GEM Mine client and team portal, and text messages from JustEldredge Media, LLC, doing business as Just Eldredge Media (“JEM”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Each project is governed by the proposal and written agreement you accept with JEM, including its scope, price, schedule and payment terms. If anything in those documents differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Your account

Keep your GEM Mine login private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access that’s misused.

Payments

Invoices are paid through the GEM Mine or a secure payment link processed by Stripe. Amounts, due dates and any deposits follow your proposal and agreement.

Content and files

You keep ownership of materials you give us. Ownership and usage rights for the work we create are set out in your project agreement. Please only upload content you have the right to share.

SMS Terms

Program: Just Eldredge Media text messages. When you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to texts, JustEldredge Media, LLC may text you about your projects (scheduling, reminders, file delivery, proposals and invoices) and about our services and events.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and we won’t text you again unless you opt back in by replying START.
• For help, reply HELP, or email hello@justeldredge.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Limits of liability

The website and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, JEM isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them. Our responsibility for project work is set by your project agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
